Mold Technician Job Description: Set up and operate injection molding machines and robots to produce high-quality plastic parts Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the molding process to ensure smooth production Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency Train new employees on machine operation and safety protocols Additional Responsibilities: Monitor production output and quality to meet company standards Assist in the development of new molding techniques and processes Maintain inventory of molding materials and supplies Material handling Additional Job Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and quality control Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this position would have previous experience in injection molding and a strong understanding of machine operation.
