Job Description:
AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a collaborative Senior Financial
Analyst to join our corporate FP&A team. The Financial Analyst
will provide financial planning and analysis focused on short and
long-term trends, areas of improvement, investments for the purpose
of measuring and forecasting future business performance, in
support of organizational goals and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and research external economic conditions and their
impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates,
exchange rates, rates of return, depreciation and/or
investments).
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments
and present findings.
- Prepare forecasts and analysis of trends in production,
finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.
- Analyze internal financial information (e.g., profit loss
accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices,
expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.).
- Create, interpret, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual
reports and ensure financial information has been recorded
accurately.
- Develop and prepare financial plans and budgets.
- Maintain good corporate relations with the investment and
banking communities.
- Create financial models to measure and forecast potential
impacts of financial transactions, corporate development
activities, and forward-looking financial and business-related
projects.
- Prepare, coordinate, document financial analysis projects such
as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation,
working capital, and investments.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics,
Mathematics or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience as a professional financial analyst or
auditor with strong financial acumen in accounting, budgeting,
forecasting, analyzing investments, asset valuation, variance
analysis, and cashflow analysis.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards, as well as
systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods
used in big data analysis.
- Strong demonstrated administrative, organizational,
interpersonal, and communication skills with excellent attention to
detail and accuracy.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft tools, advanced Excel
skills. Experience with Lawson/Infor a plus.
- Able to travel to various office locations, both domestic and
internationally, and work after hours on critical business
systems.Job Type: Full-timePay: $81,860.00 - $122,790.00 per
