We're seeking an experienced FP&A Principal to join our team, supporting financial planning and analysis across all business verticals.Position OverviewThe FP&A - Principal will serve as a strategic financial partner to our business verticals, providing critical financial insights, building sophisticated models, and driving financial planning processes. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with business acumen to support decision-making across diverse business models.Key Responsibilities

• Hospitality Vertical Support:
• Provide pre-review of monthly P&Ls to identify categorization issues before month-end close
• Serve as a financial advisor on operational decisions and budget planning
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
• Develop and maintain pro forma models for real estate projects
• Lead forecasting and financial analysis for development initiatives, including evaluating cash flow and capex forecast to evaluate financial feasibility of projects
• Create and maintain financial models for incubation projects at various stages
• Establish stage-based budgeting frameworks for new ventures
• Develop spending visibility reports by project and stage
• Support fundraising efforts with financial strategy and investor materials
• Cross-Vertical Responsibilities:
• Standardize financial reporting across verticals while respecting unique business needs
• Identify optimization opportunities across the company's financial processes
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, and other shared services teams
• Present financial insights to executive leadershipQualificationsRequired:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with demonstrated modeling expertise
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial planning software
• Experience working across multiple business models/industries
• Strong ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred:
• Ability to be in person in our Lehi, UT offices.
• MBA or Master's in Finance
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or SaaS financial planning
• Knowledge of fundraising processes and investor relations
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar certificationWhat We Offer
