The Billing Customer Support Specialist will handle customer
inquiries and issues related to charges, update and process
payments, monitor billing emails, and provide backup support to
job/data entry specialists.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -*
* Address customer inquiries regarding charges and resolve concerns
promptly.
* Process and update payments efficiently.
* Monitor and respond to billing-related emails in a timely
manner.
* Provide backup support to job/data entry specialists as
needed.
* Handle billing inquiries via phone and take payments over the
phone.
* Process and maintain customer cancellations with accuracy.
* Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of customer and employee
information.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless
operations.
* Maintain an understanding of customer agreements and billing
procedures.
* Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions
with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
* Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Participate in special projects and complete other duties as
assigned.
*Education/Qualification:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Customer service experience required
* Strong proofreading skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
* Understanding of clerical procedures and systems, including
recordkeeping and filing.
* Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
*Other Duties:*
* Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and
Company Safety Policy.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Physical Requirements:*
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -
