Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Establishing and maintaining Qualys enterprise scanning program for vulnerability assessment and reporting.
  • Expertise in identifying and assessing security risks in networks, systems, cloud environments, and applications.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize findings and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and exploits, and how to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of different security domains, including cloud, network, operating system, application, and infrastructure.
  • Applies specialized tools (e.g., vulnerability scanner) to analyze and correlate incident data to identify, interpret, and summarize the probability and impact of threats when determining specific vulnerabilities.
  • Leads delivery of continuity-related awareness, training, educational activities, and exercises
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, focused on data analytics and presentation.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Vulnerability Management experience OR
      • High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of Vulnerability Management experience Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
        • Vulnerability scanning experience in an enterprise environment.
        • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CEH, .
        • Prior experience in large global organization, high complexity, highly functional matrix team settings.
        • Adept at building bridges to help drive decision making with strong communication skills to manage reporting and presentations across technical and non-technical stakeholders with the ability to influence cross business stakeholders in driving the needs of secure practices
        • Fast learner, experience of onboarding and quickly learning, assimilating
        • Demonstrated experience in driving adoption of standardized practices with agility in a fast-paced organization
        • Highly collaborative, team player. Engages in mutually agreeable solutions.
