Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Customer Experience to
enhance and automate customer support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop automated processes to scale customer experience support
globally
Identify strategies to improve response time and product
satisfaction metrics
Oversee the development of data streams to analyze customer
behaviors and sentiments
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience managing high-performing customer
experience teams, preferably in health tech
Experience with off-shore resources and automation for operational
efficiency
Understanding of hardware and software products used independently
and together
Experience with cross-functional collaboration for customer
feedback and satisfaction
Comfortable working during EST and PST time zones
