Job Description:

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Machine Operator 1 for a night shift position in Sandy, UT. The role involves performing routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. The ideal candidate will be a team player who follows standard operating procedures and ensures compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 guidelines.

Work Schedule:

This position follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine production tasks such as filling, assembling, labeling, and packaging.
Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA and GMP regulations.
Support team goals by working effectively in a collaborative environment.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of work experience (manufacturing or production preferred).
No high school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic knowledge of production processes, techniques, and procedures.
Strong communication skills-ability to read, write, and comprehend work instructions in English.
Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow detailed instructions.
Must be punctual, flexible, and willing to work extended hours as needed.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
