Capital Energy is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Blitz Team, a specialized group that travels from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas for 10 days each month to sell solar door-to-door. This is an exciting opportunity to work in high-demand markets, maximize earnings, and gain invaluable sales experience.

What You'll Do:



--- Travel to Las Vegas monthly for 10-day sales blitzes, with accommodations provided.
--- Knock doors and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
--- Generate and qualify leads while working in a high-energy, competitive environment.
--- Work alongside top-performing sales professionals to enhance your skills.
--- Meet and exceed performance goals while enjoying a fast-paced, team-oriented culture.

What We Offer:

--- Commission-Only Pay Structure: Earn based on performance, with expected earnings of $50,000 - $120,000 per year.
