join their Member Production team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and
tools associated with the business model
Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery,
productivity, and quality expectations
Support the leadership team by identifying issues and participating
in process improvement projects
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused
setting
1+ years of healthcare experience
